Delivery Policy for OWOW Chatbot Services

- Immediate Delivery: Upon successful subscription and payment processing, access to OWOW chatbot services is provided within 24 hours of filling and providing the "OWOW CHATBOT FORM". Customers will receive access credentials via the email provided during registration. This enables immediate use of the platform, chatbot features, and related tools once the "OWOW CHATBOT FORM" is approved.
- Custom Implementation: If your service includes custom chatbot development, integration, or additional configurations, delivery timelines will be outlined and agreed upon during the onboarding process. Delivery times will depend on the scope of the customization and the specifics of your service package.
2. Access to the Service
- Once payment is confirmed, users will be granted access to the chatbot service through the OWOW platform. Credentials for account login and instructions will be sent via email.
- If you encounter any issues accessing the service, please contact our support team at support@ai-sns.io within 24 hours of receiving your access credentials.
3. Service Modifications
- Any modifications or upgrades to the service (such as switching between plans or adding new features) are typically activated within minutes of confirmation. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

4. Communication During Delivery
- For customized services, OWOW will provide regular updates on progress via email or the customer portal. Clients can track the status of the implementation and raise any questions or concerns during the process.
5. Delays and Disruptions
- OWOW makes every effort to ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery of services. However, unforeseen technical or operational delays may occur. If a delay in service delivery occurs due to technical reasons, OWOW will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide a revised delivery timeline.
6. Third-Party Integrations
- If the chatbot service involves integrations with third-party platforms, the delivery timeline may depend on the availability and responsiveness of those third parties. Any delays due to third-party systems or services are beyond OWOW’s control, but we will make every effort to communicate and resolve these delays.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If the customer encounters issues with the delivery or setup of the chatbot, OWOW will work diligently to resolve the problem and ensure the service is delivered as agreed. 8. Refund and Cancellation
